I offer a free 15-minute consultation, where we can determine if my style and services are the right fit for your needs, and set up our initial session.

Private Pay Rates:

Individual Therapy Session (60 Minutes): $150

Specialized Administrative Tasks (i.e Letter of Support for Gender Affirming Care or Emotional Support Animals): $100

Insurance: I am currently in-network with Anthem BCBS of Maine, Community Health Options, Aetna, Cigna, and Quest Behavioral Health. I can also provide a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. 

Payment is due at time of service. 

Cancellation Policy: Please give 24 hours notice if you have to cancel your appointment, otherwise you will be charged the cancellation rate of $75.
