Private Pay Rates:

Individual Therapy Session (60 Minutes): $150

Mental Health Letter for Gender Affirming Care: $100

Insurance: I am currently in-network with Anthem BCBS of Maine, Community Health Options, Aetna, and Cigna. I can also provide a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. 

Payment is due at time of service. 

Cancellation Policy: Please give 24 hours notice if you have to cancel your appointment, otherwise you will be charged the cancellation rate of $75.
