Hi, I’m Aiden (he/him)
I grew up in Central Maine and have always been passionate about supporting people in my community. My own journey with ADHD and my experience navigating the world as a transgender man have shaped my passion for helping others feel seen, valued, and understood.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern Maine in 2019 and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I’m also a Certified AutPlay Provider and Kundalini Reiki Master. Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with adults, children, and families, with a focus on supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, those who are neurodivergent, and anyone seeking a safe, affirming space to explore life’s challenges.
In therapy, I draw on both professional training and personal experience to meet you with empathy, respect, and curiosity. My areas of focus include anxiety, ADHD, gender identity, life transitions, and parenting challenges. My goal is to help you connect with your strengths, navigate difficulties with more clarity, and live in alignment with what matters most to you.
Outside of work, I love practicing yoga, working on creative projects, and spending time outdoors; gardening, hiking scenic trails, or exploring new places. At home, I enjoy cozy days with my family and our pets. I also love trying new hobbies and learning new skills, because I believe growth and discovery make life meaningful.
