Hi, I'm Aiden.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Maine, and I've spent the last decade supporting adults, kids, and families through the messy, beautiful work of figuring themselves out.

My own journey with ADHD and my experience navigating the world as a transgender man shape how I show up in this work. I know what it's like to look for a therapist who actually gets it, and I try to be that person for my clients.

I bring clinical training, lived experience, and a deep respect for whatever you're carrying into the room.
