I have always felt called to support people in my community. My own journey with ADHD and my experience navigating the world as a transgender man shape the way I show up as a therapist. These parts of my life deepen my commitment to helping others feel seen, valued, and understood. I draw on clinical training and lived experience to meet you with empathy, respect, and curiosity.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern Maine in 2019. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Kundalini Reiki Master. Over the past ten years, I have worked with adults, children, and families, with a focus on supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent clients, and anyone seeking a grounded space to explore life’s challenges and personal growth.
Outside of work, I love practicing yoga, creating things with my hands, and spending time outdoors. You can often find me in the garden, on a trail, or exploring new places. At home, I enjoy quiet moments with my family and our pets. I also love trying new hobbies and learning new skills, because I believe growth and curiosity keep life meaningful.
