Thank you for your interest in working with me. Here is a snapshot to get to know me better!

I'm Aiden (He/Him), I grew up in Central Maine and am passionate about supporting the people in my community. Throughout my life, I have navigated many obstacles and have done significant work on my self-healing journey, which has driven my passion for helping others. My personal experience of navigating ADHD and overcoming barriers associated with transitioning from female to male in high school helps me to serve others.

I received a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern Maine in 2019, am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified AutPlay Provider, and Kundalini Reiki Master. I have over 10 years of experience working with adults, children, and families. I have spent the majority of my career supporting individuals who identify as LGBTQ+, creating safe, affirming, and accessible spaces; helping individuals and families manage the challenges that come with being neurodivergent; and making sure people feel seen, heard, and valued.

My goal is to use my professional education and personal experiences to provide you with the best support possible. My experience lies within working with individuals struggling with gender identity, anxiety, ADHD, autism, life transitions, and parenting challenges.

In my free time, you’ll find me exploring new places, seeking out adventures, wandering through the garden, and spending quality time with my family and two dogs, Olive and Winnie. Whether it's hiking through scenic trails, discovering hidden gems, or simply enjoying a cozy day at home, I cherish every moment.

Driven by a hunger for curiosity, I love to learn new skills and embrace new experiences. From trying my hand at cooking new dishes to taking up a new hobby, I believe in the joy of continuous growth and discovery. My adventurous spirit and love for learning keep life exciting and full of possibilities.
